Our final-sale policy

Rags2Riches is a resale boutique. All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds. This policy applies to resale clothing, shoes, accessories, clearance merchandise, and handmade, custom, or personalized items, whether shipped or collected locally.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, fit or sizing preferences, personal taste, disclosed wear or imperfections, or personalization details supplied incorrectly by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please review before purchasing

Review the photos, item description, listed condition, size, measurements when provided, and personalization details before placing your order. Pre-owned merchandise may show wear described or shown in the listing. Contact us with questions before purchasing.

Wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed items

If you receive the wrong item, an item damaged in transit, or believe an item is defective or materially different from its description, contact us at r2r.resell@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when available. We will review the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Please contact us before mailing an item back so we can provide appropriate instructions.

Unshipped orders and shipping delays

For shipped online orders, we will follow the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation option and issue any refund required by that rule. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund payment for the unfulfilled merchandise as required by law.

Your legal rights

This final-sale policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable rights relating to non-delivery, material misrepresentation, defective goods, or warranty obligations. A refund or return required by law is an exception to our final-sale policy.
